2010 SEASON NEW INFORMATION
Registration for the 2010 season is now open. Teams are being offered for grades 3-4, 5-6, and 7-8. The Hillsboro Area Lacrosse Organization (HALO) is a cooperative effort between the Liberty, Glencoe, Century, and Hilhi lacrosse clubs and administered by Hillsboro Parks and Recreation. We request for anyone interested in playing on the Liberty Youth Lacrosse team this season to please contact us at lardyp@hsd.k12.or.us and provide the following information:

OVERVIEW
Lacrosse is a fast paced game that combines elements of other popular sports; for example, the offensive and defensive principles of basketball, the checking of hockey, and similar positions of soccer. Lacrosse has a strong tradition of developing the character of young people.
7th & 8th Grade Team
Our seventh and eighth grade team competes in the Saturday Beaverton Youth Lacrosse League. It is full field 10 v 10 format. This team is composed of a balance of players who have 0-4 years of experience.
5th & 6th Grade Team
Last year we only had a handful of players at this level. We are hoping to expand this season to field a full team that would compete in the Saturday Beaverton Youth Lacrosse League. The majority of players on the team would have 0-1 years of experince.3rd & 4th Grade Team
Due to a high level of interest, we will be having a competitive third & fourth grade team this year. Most players at this level do not have any prior experience. Please contact us as soon as possible if interested to participate. We are willing to accept kids from other Hillsboro programs for the third & fourth grade team.
